This is an event of SHAKUHACHI WORKSHOP & CONCERT.

SHAKUHACHI is the traditional Japanese Instrument, bumboo flute, which has very natural and expressive sound.

The instrument has obtained very simple and natural form, which requires the player to adjust their way of playing.

Therefore,  playing shakuhachi is to face the way of using the body, which often lead to the awareness of connection between body and mind of the player.

In this event, we would like to suggest the way you listen and play shakuhachi, from the point of view of the way of using body; "breath".

In SHAKUHACHI WORKSHOP, we will offer amazing experience to actually play the instrument and making sound.
